Five years ago, including referral claims in a 340B program was for brave covered entities only. Today, it’s a commonly accepted practice, but it’s not without risk. As a growing number of CEs submit referral-related prescriptions for 340B savings, it’s important to understand what it truly takes to be compliant. The session will cover compliance considerations for implementing a referral capture program from the perspective of a covered entity, 340B administrator, and referral capture provider.
During this webinar, you will hear from the President of Hudson Headwaters 340B, Jim Donnelly, as he talks about the team’s historic approach to referral claims and how additional savings from referral capture have impacted HHHN’s 340B program. Before this position, Katelyn was the Compliance Manager for Hudson Headwaters 340B where she worked to implement and improve compliance including internal audit procedures, policy and procedure oversight, provider list oversight, state communication for preventing duplicate discounts, and ERX/data filtering. Katelyn is a certified 340B Apexus Certified Expert.
