Core values are the foundation and binding mortar of a reliable team. It is imperative that each team member believe in and espouse these values. When all contributors are in alignment, the “whole” becomes much greater than the sum of its parts. Behind Hudson Headwaters 340B is a team of collaborative team players with integrity and humility who are committed to being the best.
Dave Mathias, Software Developor, has been selected to receive the Acknowledgement of Excellence award for March 2020. Dave has gone to great lengths to provide help and assistance to all on the development team. He has met with me numerous times to explain processes, work items and code changes and has demonstrated a large amount of patience while doing so. Dave is one of the most knowledgeable members of the HHHN 340B team and his team mates are always appreciative of his help.
