Core values are the foundation and binding mortar of a reliable team. It is imperative that each team member believe in and espouse these values. When all contributors are in alignment, the “whole” becomes much greater than the sum of its parts. Behind Hudson Headwaters 340B is a team of collaborative team players with integrity and humility who are committed to being the best.
Our Operations Manager, Jared Macey, is an exemplary team player who looks out for others and is always willing to help his teammates through a process or lend a hand. Jared leads by example and never makes others feel as though he is too busy to help them succeed. By always being prepared with notes and documentation, his communication is clear and proactive both internally and with external partners. His commitment to the team is unwavering and the level of involvement with substance illuminates his integrity in all that he does for the team.
When many large and complex projects were introduced over the past through months as we worked through the LLC formation and transition to a remote workforce, Jared did not hesitate to push forward and roll with grace through every planned or unplanned change. Jared has received nominations through the past few months for his continued presence and the reassurance he provides his teammates. Congratulations, Jared!
